What is a PQRSO?

PETITION: Verbal or written request submitted by a natural person to Plasmar SAS through this channel.
COMPLAINT: It is the manifestation of disagreement by a natural person, generated by non-compliance with the code of good governance, procedures and policies of Plasmar SAS, the code of ethics of our clients or suppliers, violation of human rights. In addition, any undesirable or malicious conduct by Plasmar SAS officials and/or interested third parties.
COMPLAINT: Expression of disagreement regarding the provision of a service or poor performance by an official linked to Plasmar SAS
SUGGESTION: It is the proposal, idea or comment that is presented for the improvement of a process, procedure, intervention to risks, unsafe occupational acts, unsafe environmental acts or activity that is related to the provision of Plasmar SAS services.
SUSPICIOUS TRANSACTION: This is an Unusual Operation that, in addition, in accordance with the uses and customs of the activity in question, could not be reasonably justified.
